melody4arab is a search engine and does not host any audio or video files on its servers; all clips are displayed through the embedded YouTube player from their original, publicly available sources. Nevertheless, if content appearing in our search results infringes your rights, we will remove it from our results once your request is verified.
2. Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent, send a notice including the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (name, and links to the original source if available).
- The exact URL(s) of the content on our site that you want removed.
- Your contact information: full name, email address, and phone number if possible.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Where to send the notice
Send your notice via the Contact Us page with "DMCA" in the subject line. Complete requests are processed within 48–72 business hours.
4. Counter-notice
If content of yours was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice including identification of the removed content and its former location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature.
5. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to block any source or content that repeatedly appears in valid infringement notices.
